Use patches for ROM hack downloads

Some ROM hacks on the site (such as Super Among Us 64 DS) are linking to a full ROM download, which is piracy.

It would be nice if any ROM hacks like that could be made into a patch (xdelta or such) and have that for download on GameBrew instead.

Took them off from the DS section for now, hopefully someone will create a patch for them in the future.
